Active Worlds Radio is an internet radio station that was created by citizens of Active Worlds, who enjoy building and chatting in a 3D chat program.
AWR is maintained and operated by volunteers who spend their time and effort entertaining and bringing great music as well as participating at various AW community functions. You do not have to have the Active Worlds browser to listen to AWR, as it is broadcasted from a Shoutcast server. AWR is under the ownership of Goober King, who has been a citizen of Active Worlds for over 10 years. AWR was originally founded in 1995 by SiLverFerret/PC Hard. AWR's server is hosted by GT Servers.
